Our team created a new level of collaboration utilizing Microsoft Teams, which incorporates Power Apps and Microsoft Forms. By doing so, we delivered a Virtual Training Application solution that enables each BD's group to work together effectively while empowering employees to engage in self-directed learning.
During the first 3 weeks, 95% of BD users were able to complete each training.
The Applications Department recognizes that constructing Work Orders through the Field Service Module is crucial. However, they identified a significant gap in the process as there needed to be follow-up during delivery or post-sale support. To address this, they required a tool to improve their services.
