Building a Strategic Cloud Managed Service

The process started from the premise that qualified personnel was needed to manage all its cloud environments and internal development projects. As a Microsoft Gold Partner Definity First undertook to manage their existing cloud assets. We handled cloud products such as Microsoft’s Azure while providing premier support for incidents with different severity levels and SLAs. Definity First also provided consulting services to manage and develop collaboration solutions in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
